Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee daily salon operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day salon operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the salon team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and brand standards are maintained




- Monitor staff attendance and performance

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Manager
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
