Job Description – Behaviour Therapist

Position: Behaviour Therapist

Location: Lifebridge Rehabilitation Center

Experience: Prior experience in a Child Development Center (CDC) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized behavioural therapy and intervention programs for children with developmental and behavioural needs.
- Implement evidence-based behavioural strategies and monitor the child’s progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including daily session notes, progress reports, therapy plans, and assessment records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding the child’s progress, home strategies, and therapy goals.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and other professionals for holistic child development.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
- Ensure a safe, structured, positive, and child-friendly therapeutic environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and qualified ethics at all times.

Requirements





- Previous experience working in a Child Development Center or multidisciplinary therapy setup.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good observation and clinical reasoning abilities.
- Punctual, responsible, disciplined, and professional in their approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patient, compassionate, and child-friendly personality.
- Good parent counselling and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve professional skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours calmly and professionally.

Ideal Candidate: A dedicated, punctual, well-organized, and compassionate Behaviour Therapist who is experienced in working with children and is confident in documentation, parent communication, teamwork, and delivering structured behavioural interventions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
