We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations. In this role, you will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluation, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture that aligns with our business goals.Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process to attract and onboard top talent.
- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and boost employee engagement.
- Performance & Payroll: Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure accurate payroll and advantages administration.
- Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR software (ATS/HRIS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
