- Lesson Planning & Instruction: Develop and implement interactive daily lesson plans across core subjects like mathematics, language arts, science, and social studies. [1, 2, 3]
- Student Assessment: Evaluate students' academic growth through daily observation, quizzes, and formal exams. [1, 2]
- Classroom Management: Establish a safe, positive, and organized learning workplace that encourages participation and regulates student behavior. [1]
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Provide periodic progress reports, host parent-teacher meetings, and discuss individual student challenges and achievements. [1]
- Holistic Development: Plan and supervise extracurricular activities, field trips, and events that promote physical and social-emotional growth. [1, 2]
- Collaboration: Work alongside fellow educators, school administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive curriculum and student well-being.





A Pre-Primary Teacher (PPRT) introduces young children (ages 3–5) to formal education. They foster foundational cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills through creative, play-based methods. Key duties include designing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and regularly communicating student progress with parents. [1, 2, 3, 4]Key Responsibilities

- Instructional Delivery: Create and deliver interactive, age-appropriate lessons for foundational subjects like phonics, basic numbers, colors, and shapes.
- Skill Development: Guide students through activities that develop fine motor skills (clay modeling, coloring) and gross motor skills (balancing, running). [1]
- Classroom Management: Maintain a secure, vibrant, and welcoming classroom while managing early childhood separation anxiety and emotional outbursts with patience.
- Parent Communication: Provide regular updates on each child's developmental progress, milestones, and personal habits. [1]
- Observation: Track behavioral and developmental checkpoints rather than relying on strict numerical grading.

Pay: ₹10,250.46 - ₹15,240.67 per month
