Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Construction Faculty to train students in construction technology, civil engineering fundamentals, and practical site practices. The candidate should be able to deliver both theoretical and hands-on training while preparing students for careers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on civil engineering and construction subjects.
- Teach construction materials, building technology, surveying, estimation & costing, RCC, steel structures, and site management.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and practical demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide academic guidance.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of laboratory equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
- Support students with projects, internships, and placement activities.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and training documentation.




- Follow institute policies and maintain a professional learning environment.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and site-related training.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong mentoring, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
