Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Experience in developing and customizing IT operations management solutions within enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of event correlation, alert management, and incident automation processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to event management workflows and system performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
