About Us

Brampton Skin Care Academy is a Canadian-inspired beauty and aesthetics training institute committed to delivering high-quality education and hands-on practical training. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Beauty Educator to inspire and train the next generation of beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver theoretical and practical training in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, and professional salon procedures.

● Teach courses including facials, skin analysis, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, makeup, hygiene, and client consultation.

● Demonstrate proper techniques and supervise students during practical sessions.

● Assess student performance through practical and written evaluations.

● Develop lesson plans, training materials, and classroom activities.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning environment.

● Stay current with industry trends, products, technologies, and treatment protocols.

● Mentor and motivate students to achieve high professional standards.

● Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.

● Support workshops, seminars, open houses, and promotional events.

● Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.





Qualifications

● Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.

● Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.

● Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.

● Robust knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and salon procedures.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.

● Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success.

● Ability to explain concepts clearly and demonstrate techniques effectively.
