Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Mechanical Technician to join our maintenance and engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or production environments. Candidates with excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, valves, and other mechanical systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&ID;, technical manuals, and engineering specifications.
- Carry out alignment, fitting, assembly, dismantling, and overhauling of rotating equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.




- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Guide and support junior technicians during maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance documentation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Technician or Maintenance Technician.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
