Job Title: Social Media Manager (Fashion & Retail)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to grow our brand organically across Instagram and other platforms. The role focuses on creating reels and posts, managing DMs and inquiries, and building a consistent content presence in the fashion, retail, and customization space.

This is not an agency-style role — we’re looking for someone who is personally invested, understands storytelling, and can translate real business operations into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit Instagram reels and posts (educational, behind-the-scenes, process-based content)
- Plan and execute an organic content strategy
- Handle DMs, comments, and customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with the internal team for content ideas and shoots




- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves)
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year experience in social media (fashion / retail preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
- Basic video editing skills (mobile-first is okay)
- Comfortable with on-ground shoots in stores / workshops
- Good communication and written skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and reliable
- Experience with fashion, apparel, retail, or D2C brands is a big plus

Nice to Have

- Understanding of embroidery, printing, or customization businesses
- Ability to write simple, engaging captions
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
