Department: Administration Qualification: BHM / Aviation / Hospital Management / PGDM (Postgraduate qualification preferred) Experience: 5–8 years in non-clinical hospital administration Key Skills: Valuable communication and presentation skills, team management, ability to work in shifts/weekends, stress management. Have to work night duty Key Responsibilities: Manage and streamline the patient discharge process to ensure efficiency, reduced TAT, and high patient satisfaction. Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve discharge-related issues, delays, and patient concerns. Monitor discharge reports, estimation/re-estimation processes, and operational data. Ensure proper management of patient transfers, discharge lounge utilization, and interdepartmental communication. Oversee nurse call bell operations including manpower planning, rosters,



and staff training. Ensure compliance with NABH guidelines, SOPs, and maintain TAT tracking and analysis. Supervise facility and support services including housekeeping, security, maintenance, laundry, and biomedical waste management. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and MOD duties as required. The role may involve additional responsibilities based on operational requirements.
