Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with field sales experience to handle individual sales operations across Punjab. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a proven approach to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales activities across assigned locations in Punjab
- Generate recent leads and acquire customers independently
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers
- Report daily/weekly sales updates to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good client handling and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Ability to work independently (individual role)
- Willingness to travel across Punjab for sales activities
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
