Responsibilities:

1) Searching New clients through various portals like Google, Cold calling & Database.

2) Generate leads and attract new prospects and develop a sales pipeline of shippers.

3) Identify and select reputable and safe carries to insure the highest quality service for accounts and their shipping lanes.

4) Negotiating with freight carries.

5) Provide customers with shipping quotes.

6) Assist to prepare carries for loads

7) Ensure that freight paperwork is completed and approved before transportation.

8) Collaborate with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.

9) Maintain communication with customers and carries on transit times, appointment times and current locations of truck in transit.

10) Verify when deliveries were made.

11) Maintain positives and productive relationship with customer.

12) Maintain current knowledge of freight carrier services and be effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
