Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
Correspondence with customer.
Handling B2B/B2C portals.
Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
Keep the Track of Sales Orders , Reporting to concern Head
