Whistling Woods International (WWI) is India’s premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute. Since its inception in 2006, WWI has successfully delivered world-class education in all creative and technical aspects of filmmaking. Located inside Mumbai’s Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.

We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as an Executive - Placement in our Student Services department.

Role Overview: Manage alumni engagement and student placement activities to support career growth and institutional connections.

Key Responsibilities

Alumni Engagement

- Update alumni database (projects, film credits, contact info)
- Activate and manage alumni groups (Telegram, Discord, Univariety)
- Recruit alumni mentors; organize mock interviews and panels
- Coordinate workshops and alumni events

Student Support

- Assist with resumes, LinkedIn, offer/internship letters
- Schedule interviews, mock sessions, feedback, and grooming
- Collaborate with the student placement committee




- Gather student testimonials and recruiter profiles

External Partnerships

- Liaise with departments and external clients to source internships/jobs
- Maintain client’s database; drive paid internship opportunities via social media
- Attend conferences, network with industry partners
- Manage actor portfolio outreach

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS (releases, placements, internships)
- Maintain documentation (resumes, contracts, attendance, testimonials)

Qualifications & skill sets required

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years in alumni relations, placement of students.
- Excellent communication, verbal & written.

Location: Goregaon (East)

Timings: 10.30 am - 6.30 pm
