About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in Working Capital Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Machinery Loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property) across the Pune region. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with MSME and corporate clients, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver on business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development across Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, Machinery/Equipment Loan, and LAP products
- Build and manage a strong network with MSME and corporate clients
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales officers and managers
- Manage DSA/connector channel sourcing and relationships




- Ensure portfolio quality and monitor collections where applicable
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth business flow

Requirements

- MBA (Mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Working Capital Finance
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Machinery/Equipment Loan sourcing
- Mandatory hands-on experience in LAP (Loan Against Property)
- Strong hands-on exposure to Supply Chain Finance
- Proven sales background (not credit/operations only) in Working Capital & SCF
- Demonstrated team handling and business growth track record
- Robust existing network with MSME/Corporate clients
- Excellent leadership, business development, and relationship management skills
- Age: 25–43 years

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
