Position: Key Account Manager / Executive – E-commerce Operations

Timing- 9:30-6:30

Working Days- 6 Days (1 Saturday off in a month)

Experience: 3–5 Years
(1–2 years in E-commerce Finance Operations + 2–3 years in Accounting/Finance)

Reporting To: Virtual CFO

Job overview:

This role sits at the intersection of accounting, reconciliation, and e-commerce operations, requiring someone who understands marketplace ecosystems as well as strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial operations for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Perform marketplace reconciliation, settlement analysis, and payout verification.
- Handle claims, reimbursements, returns-related financial tracking, and deductions analysis.
- Monitor account health metrics linked to financial operations.
- Coordinate inventory-finance controls and support operational reporting.
- Work on GST, TDS, and compliance-related aspects connected to marketplace transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and account-level performance reports.
- Support process improvement and strengthen internal controls in e-commerce finance workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams, marketplaces, and external stakeholders for issue resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Education in Finance/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
- Robust knowledge of reconciliations, accounting principles, and marketplace operations.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/Tally is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
