EL INTERIO is a fast-growing interior design studio specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality, and turnkey interior projects. We believe in creating thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically timeless spaces through a collaborative design process. We're looking for a passionate Interior Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality design projects.

Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and project goals.
- Develop space planning, furniture layouts, and design concepts.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings including plans, elevations, sections, electrical layouts, and furniture details.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
- Assist in material selection, sourcing, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining design standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in residential and commercial interior design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials,



furniture, lighting, and detailing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Software Skills

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp Pro (Mandatory)
- Enscape / V-Ray / D5 Render
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

- Experience in turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and construction detailing.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and project documentation.
- Material and vendor knowledge.
- Client handling and presentation skills.
