Group Head of Copy – Overview:

As Group Head of Copy, you will lead a team of copywriters to deliver impactful, high-quality content across digital, social, print, and integrated campaigns. You’ll shape content strategy, uphold brand voice and storytelling, collaborate with creative and account teams, and ensure consistency and excellence across all brand communications..

What You’ll Do:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the copy team.
- Define and execute content and copy strategy.
- Collaborate across creative, design, and account teams.




- Review and approve copy for quality, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Drive cohesive, audience-relevant messaging across platforms.
- Use insights, data, and AI tools to optimize content performance.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5–6 years of copywriting experience, with team leadership exposure.
- Strong portfolio across digital, social, print, and integrated campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced agency setup.
