About the Role

IICE Computer Education is looking for a smart, confident, and motivated Front Office Counselor & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable interacting with students, and have basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors.
- Counsel students about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Manage admissions and maintain student records.
- Create and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other social media platforms.
- Assist with SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the training team and provide administrative support.




- Maintain a professional and friendly front office environment.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and Canva is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply. Experienced candidates will be preferred.
