Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to optimize model performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with project goals and stakeholder requirements.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with handling large-scale datasets and domain-specific adaptation of language models.
- Ability to analyze model behavior and implement improvements to enhance contextual understanding.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in machine learning model development.
- Capability to work with distributed computing environments and optimize model training workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
