* Greet and direct customers

* Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs

* Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

* Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

* All incoming customer should behave with good manners.
