Job Description:

Debox Technology is looking for a target-driven IT Sales Executive / BDE who can generate leads, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly revenue goals. This role offers high earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms
- Sell IT services: Website Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing & Software Solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹2–5 lakh
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution

Incentive Structure (Monthly):

- Up to ₹2 Lakh sales: No incentive (Target minimum)
- ₹2 – ₹3 Lakh sales: 5% incentive
- ₹3 – ₹4 Lakh sales: 7% incentive




- ₹4 – ₹5 Lakh sales: 10% incentive
- Above ₹5 Lakh sales: 12–15% incentive (Management discretion)

Top performers can earn ₹10,000 – ₹20,000+ extra per month as incentives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Knowledge of IT services and digital solutions
- Ability to work in a target-based environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online bidding platforms
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred)
