Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

- Manage centralized procurement for restaurants, college cafeterias, and food service operations across India.
- Source high-quality food products, groceries, vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat, seafood, bakery items, beverages, and kitchen consumables.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize quality, cost, and supply continuity.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop reliable vendors across various product categories.
- Negotiate commercial terms, annual rate contracts, payment terms, rebates, and supply agreements.
- Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Experience

- 10–15 years of procurement experience.




- Minimum 5 years managing high-volume procurement for restaurants, hotels, institutional catering, or college cafeteria operations.
- Experience handling multi-location procurement across India is mandatory.
- MBA in Supply Chain / Operations is preferred.
