We are a quick-growing interior design and execution company specializing in premium residential, commercial, retail, and turnkey interior projects. We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and result-oriented Interior Site Supervisor who can ensure timely, high-quality project execution while coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and skilled labor.

Job Summary

The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of interior projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to drawings, project timelines, safety standards, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior execution, site coordination, contractor management, and material planning.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution

- Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
- Execute projects according to approved drawings and BOQs.
- Ensure work is completed within project timelines.
- Maintain excellent workmanship and finishing standards.
- Monitor daily work progress.

Coordination

Coordinate with:

- Interior Designers
- Project Managers
- Carpenters
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- False Ceiling Teams
- Painters
- Fabricators
- Modular Furniture Vendors
- Glass Vendors
- Stone Vendors
- Hardware Suppliers

Site Planning

- Prepare daily work schedules.
- Plan manpower requirements.
- Allocate work efficiently.
- Ensure smooth workflow between different trades.
- Resolve site-level execution issues.

Quality Control

Inspect and verify:

- Carpentry work
- Modular installations
- Electrical work
- Plumbing
- Painting




- Ceiling work

- Wallpaper

- Hardware fittings
- Lighting installation
- Final finishing

Ensure zero compromise on quality.

Material Management

- Verify material delivered to site.
- Maintain material stock records.
- Prevent material wastage.
- Raise material requirements in advance.
- Coordinate with procurement team.

Vendor Management

- Supervise subcontractors.
- Ensure vendor productivity.
- Verify completed work.
- Maintain discipline at site.
- Resolve execution conflicts.

Documentation

Maintain:

- Daily Progress Report (DPR)
- Labour Attendance
- Material Consumption
- Site Photos
- Measurement Sheets
- Completion Checklist
- Snag List
- Client Approval Records

Safety

- Ensure PPE usage.
- Maintain clean site.
- Follow safety protocols.

- Experience handling multiple projects
- Experience managing labour teams
