- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and supporting documents.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update ERP/Inventory Management System.
- Issue materials to production departments against authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Maintain proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and inventory records.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Ensure proper labeling, housekeeping, and warehouse organization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Handle stock transfers and returns.
- Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Monitor material shortages and report discrepancies immediately.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
