- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Experience with software configuration management and product lifecycle management tools.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and software customization.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill.

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
