Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the organization's finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, effective reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger accounting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing and related statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.




- Create and maintain financial dashboards for business reporting.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally and other financial systems.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team.

Eligibility

- CA Qualified / CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com / Any Graduate with relevant finance experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
