Role : ServiceNow Developer / Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, and GRC.
- Configure workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI components using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews,



and ensure adherence to security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and consulting experience.
- Robust expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, and GRC modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Experience with App Engine Studio, custom apps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT frameworks.
