- Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity, quality, and condition.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/inventory system.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely material availability.
- Manage disposal of scrap and obsolete items as per company policy.
- Regularly visit local vendors to procure raw materials.
