Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Manager to build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, consultants, and corporate partners. The ideal candidate should have a robust network in the education industry and be capable of driving business growth through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage Pan-India B2B partnerships.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with colleges, institutions, and education consultants.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and partner meetings.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and operations teams.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Track partner performance and generate business reports.
- Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Travel for partner meetings and business development activities as required.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in the education, EdTech, or overseas education industry preferred.




- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
