Job Description – Site Engineer (Civil)

Location: Okhla Phase–3, Delhi

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Salary - Upto 45K (Depends on Interview)

Experience: Commercial, Industrial, High Rise, Office Building, Corporate Building

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution & delivery for high-rise and commercial projects.

Manage contracts, BOQ, rate analysis, tendering & billing.

Ensure quality, compliance, IS codes & CPWD specifications are strictly followed.

Oversee MEP coordination, site management & material reconciliation.

Drive project completion within time, budget & quality standards.

Handle client meetings, reporting, documentation & approvals.

Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, contractors & vendors.

Prepare and submit MIS, progress reports & project schedules.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

B.Tech (Regular) – Civil

Diploma (Regular) – Civil

Other Requirements:

Bike is mandatory (for site visits and travel).

Positive communication and daily reporting skills.
