RLT Edzaro is looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on MERN Stack Development.
- Teach frontend and backend web development using contemporary technologies.
- Train students on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Provide live coding demonstrations, practical exercises, assignments, and real-time projects.
- Guide students in developing responsive and dynamic web applications.
- Train students in developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
- Teach database concepts and CRUD operations using MongoDB.
- Guide students in using Git and GitHub for version control and project collaboration.
- Provide hands-on training in application deployment and hosting.
- Conduct regular coding tests, assignments, assessments, and project evaluations.
- Help students troubleshoot coding errors and improve their problem-solving skills.
- Mentor students in developing real-time projects and build strong portfolios.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and placement opportunities.




- Conduct mock interviews and coding practice sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry trends and requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of MERN Stack Development.
- MongoDB – Database design, CRUD operations, queries, and data modelling.
- Express.js – REST APIs, middleware, routing, and authentication.
- React.js – Components, props, state, hooks, routing, and API integration.
- Node.js – Server-side development and backend programming.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Knowledge of responsive web design.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of deployment platforms such as AWS, Vercel, Netlify, or similar is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Technical Trainer.
- Prior experience in an IT training institute or educational environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
