​Job Overview

​We are looking for a data-driven and creative SEO & Social Media Specialist with 2+ years of experience to manage and grow our organic search presence and digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end On-Page/Off-Page SEO strategies as well as developing organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

​Key Responsibilities

​Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- ​Perform thorough keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new content opportunities.
- ​Execute On-Page SEO strategies (meta tags, internal linking, image optimization, schema markup, and content optimization).
- ​Drive Off-Page SEO initiatives, including high-quality link building, guest posting, and local SEO (Google Business Profile management).
- ​Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, indexation) and collaborate with developers to fix them.
- ​Track and report organic traffic growth, domain authority, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.

​Social Media Management

- ​Plan, create,



and execute organic social media content calendars across major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
- ​Collaborate with graphic designers/content creators to produce high-performing visual assets, short-form video scripts (Reels/Shorts), and engaging captions.
- ​Set up, monitor, and optimize basic paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads) to achieve maximum ROI.
- ​Actively engage with the audience, monitor community comments/DMs, and build brand awareness.
- ​Analyze monthly social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

​Required Qualifications & Skills

- ​Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in both SEO and Social Media Marketing.
- ​SEO Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Screaming Frog.
- ​Social Media Tools: Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva) and Meta Ads Manager.
- ​Technical Know-how: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- ​Content & Copywriting: Strong command of the English language with excellent copy-editing skills for social captions, meta descriptions, and blog posts.
- ​Analytical Mindset: Ability to derive actionable insights from digital marketing reports and data.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
