Currently, we are on the lookout for an amazing Engineering Manager who has built software products from scratch, managed the team and dealt with the challenges of building scalable enterprise software.

As an Engineering Manager, you will –

- Apart from writing amazing codes, lead the organisation's strategy from a technical aspect to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Manage team sprints and ensure operational efficiency for team.
- Be Managing timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction to team.
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal targets.
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
- Take the initiative in thought leadership,



innovation and creativity.
- Use stakeholders' feedback to device necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

As an Engineering Manager, you must have -

- 4+ years of NodeJS experience.
- 4+ years of team management experience.
- 8+ years of experience in building end-to-end full stack products.
- Have Experience with building production systems for a start-up or an Organisation.
- Have Good command over NodeJS and its internals is expected.
- Have Knowledge about Ethereum blockchain desirable.
- Be comfortable with RESTful web services/ APIs using ExpressJS.
- Be comfortable with server-side technologies as well - Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Git etc.
- Have Good command over cloud infrastructure AWS (preferred), MS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Have Keen attention for detail and should be obsessed with building a valuable product.
- Have Ability to learn fast and understand new concepts qui
- Be willing to work in an agile start-up environment and take complete ownership of the assigned responsibility.
