We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain product or service features and benefits clearly and effectively.
Handle customer queries, objections, and resolve any concerns.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a strong understanding of product features and benefits.
Update CRM systems with customer details and call outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing,
or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in e.g., English, Hindi.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills.
