We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to oversee purchasing activities and inventory management. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials, maintain optimum stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and support smooth project execution by ensuring material availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and procure materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inward and outward material registers, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documentation.
- Ensure timely replenishment of critical materials to avoid project delays.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor database.

Pay: ₹9,560.85 - ₹34,400.26 per month
