Job Description:

Identify Prospects & Usage of CRM tool

- Identify 2000 prospects every month. We will give you some to begin . As you pickup , you will be expected to generate them and create your own database and update in the CRM

Client Meetings

- Get meetings every week for the Management in UK or with clients in India. You are expected to meet the clients in India

Pitching Proposals

- Pitching various services proposals to clients , at the first level to qualify .
- Pitching new services as we develop the offerings .
- New service lines in development are enterprise services & digital marketing.

Targets

- 2 current client conversations every month s.
- 1 new clients contract every month from month

Customer Engagement

- To ensure that customers are happy with our services and their needs are being met.
- To meet customers, get their feedback on customer feedback form and discuss the same in the monthly management meeting
