Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, starting from preparing input to output, disbursement of salary to the Employee Account.

Responsible for statutory deductions related to payrolls such as income tax, Provident Fund, Profession Tax, Labour fund, Gratuity, and E.S.I.C

Managing employee queries pertaining to salaries, reimbursements, PF and taxes and ensuring timely resolution.

Handling full and final settlement including leave encashment and gratuity.

Responsible for end-to-end reporting in TDS deductions made by the clients and related compliance activities.

Responsible for certain time-bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s

Responsible to provide the necessary data requested for the Audit purpose

HR Induction on FBP Policies & Process and Usage of Greyhr Tool

Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to the customers.

Solve routine and complex problems raised by the customers.
