Shift: Rotational Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Purplle is one of India's leading beauty and personal care retailers, offering a wide range of skincare, makeup, haircare, and wellness products. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Beauty Advisers to join our growing retail team across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting beauty and personal care products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, haircare, and wellness products.
- Demonstrate product features and application techniques.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure store displays are clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
- Handle billing support, inventory replenishment, and stock management when required.
- Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional offers.
- Follow company policies and maintain grooming standards.

Eligibility





- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary). Graduation is an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in retail, cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or customer service is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and customer service.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
