Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, stories)
- Respond to customer inquiries and leads via DM/WhatsApp
- Assist in running ad campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Generate and track leads from social platforms
- Collaborate on marketing ideas, campaigns, and offers
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

- Interest in social media marketing and branding
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and content trends
- Good communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
- Creativity and willingness to learn
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools is a plus)
- Self-driven and responsible attitude
