We are hiring a Cost Estimation Engineer with experience in Electrical , MEP and HVAC project estimation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, vendor pricing, and tender support for commercial and industrial projects. The role requires solid technical understanding, analytical skills, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP and HVAC works
- Perform quantity take-off from drawings and specifications
- Develop BOQs, rate analysis, and costing sheets
- Review tender documents and prepare commercial proposals
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations
- Compare vendor pricing and finalize cost summaries
- Assist in budgeting and project cost planning
- Identify cost optimization opportunities during estimation stage
- Maintain estimation data, material pricing, and project records
- Work closely with execution and procurement teams for project support
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Experience in project estimation and tendering
- Understanding of BOQ preparation and quantity verification
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple project estimates within deadlines
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
