Job Description – General Manager / Assistant General Manager – Incubation

Position: 01

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the institution's incubation centre and startup ecosystem.
- Support startups through mentoring, networking, funding facilitation, and business development.
- Build partnerships with industry, investors, government agencies, and innovation organizations.
- Organize incubation programs, innovation challenges, workshops, and entrepreneurship events.
- Identify funding opportunities and coordinate grants, CSR initiatives, and incubation projects.
- Monitor startup progress, maintain incubation records, and ensure compliance with institutional and government guidelines.
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship,



and commercialization of research within the institution.

Qualifications:

- Master's / Doctor's degree in Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.
- Rich Experience in incubation, startup ecosystem, innovation management, or business development.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
