Hiring an experienced Senior Executive for our IPD Billing & Insurance desk. This role is for experienced candidates only — minimum 5-7 years experience in hospital billing, TPA/insurance coordination, or healthcare revenue cycle management required.

What you'll do:

- Manage end-to-end IPD billing — admission estimate generation, interim bills, final bill preparation, and discharge billing accuracy
- Process cashless insurance claims: pre-authorization, TPA coordination, query resolution, and enhancement requests
- Handle reimbursement claims — documentation, discharge summary coordination, and claim submission support for patients
- Liaise with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate empanelment desks to resolve billing queries and reduce claim rejections/denials
- Ensure accurate coding of procedures, packages, and consumables as per payer agreements (CGHS, ECHS, government schemes, private insurers)
- Track and follow up on pending authorizations, part-payments, and outstanding insurance receivables
- Coordinate with clinical teams, nursing stations, and pharmacy for real-time charge capture (no revenue leakage on consumables, implants, procedures)
- Prepare daily/weekly billing and collection MIS reports for management




- Resolve patient billing disputes and grievances professionally
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, payer contracts, and audit requirements

Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in hospital IPD billing, TPA desk, or insurance claims in a multispecialty/tertiary care hospital
- Solid working knowledge of cashless and reimbursement claim processes, TPA portals, and insurance documentation
- Proficiency in HIS/billing software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of package rates, government schemes (CGHS/ECHS/Ayushman Bharat if applicable), and corporate tie-ups

Preferred:

- Prior experience with major TPAs (MediAssist, Vidal Health, Paramount, FHPL, etc.) and insurers
- Experience reducing claim rejection/denial rates
- Exposure to NABH-accredited hospital billing audits
- Telugu and Hindi proficiency
