Edu-Tech Plus Classes is looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills with a passion for education. The institute offers coaching for competitive examinations, higher education entrance tests, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, and various professional courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course structure, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions.
- Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
- Provide post-admission support and resolve student queries.
- Meet monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Experience in Educational Counseling, EdTech, Sales, or Customer Support will be an added advantage.
