Requirement of Team Manager (Student Counselling) for AG Solutions in Pathankot.

As a Team Manager for Student Counselling, you will lead the team of 8 to 10 members in guiding students through their academic and career journeys. You will be responsible for understanding student needs, advising them on appropriate courses, and mentoring the counselling team to provide high-quality support.

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any stream.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
- Personality: A presentable, confident, and proactive personality, capable of leading by example.
- Experience: We welcome applications from both freshers with high potential and experienced professionals looking to grow their careers in educational management
- Team Leadership & Development: Motivate, train, and supervise the counselling team to ensure they provide accurate information about our coaching programs.
- Performance Monitoring: Set daily and weekly outreach targets, track conversion rates,



and conduct regular reviews to ensure individual and team goals are met.
- Strategic Student Counselling: Personally handle complex student inquiries, helping them identify the right career paths in the government or private sectors based on their academic background and aptitude.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust with prospective students and their parents, ensuring a qualified and supportive experience from the first point of contact.
- Operational Reporting: Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment data using our internal computer systems, and provide regular progress reports to the management.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for AG Solutions, ensuring the team upholds our 14-year legacy of excellence in education through professional conduct and confident communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
