What would you do? Improve workforceFor the Flex Recruitment team at our client, we are looking for a colleague who can support flex hiring activities. In this role, you will act as a point of contact for hiring managers and external suppliers and help ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly from intake to onboarding. You will work within a large, international organization that is continuously hiring new talent. You will be responsible for managing your own set of vacancies, working closely with temporary labor suppliers and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders involved. You will oversee the end-to-end process and help ensure alignment between all parties. performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates,



conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce.
