Job Summary

Winmaxi Holidays And Travels Private Limited is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Tour Manager to manage domestic and international tour operations from our Kochi office. The ideal candidate should have strong travel planning, coordination, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Create and manage travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Handle hotel, flight, transport, visa, and other travel-related bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and service providers.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and provide end-to-end travel support.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare travel quotations and maintain tour documentation.




- Monitor tour schedules and maintain high service quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tour Operations, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Candidates must currently be residing in Kochi or be willing to relocate to Kochi.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
