Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers at assigned locations and guiding them through the digital payment process.



The candidate should be present on-site and ensure smooth coordination between customers and the company’s payment system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be present at assigned field locations.

- Guide and assist customers in completing digital payment transactions.

- Educate customers about the available payment options and process.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment operations.

- Resolve basic customer queries related to payment procedures.

- Report daily activity and customer feedback to the reporting manager.

- Ensure proper visibility and awareness of company payment services at the location.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: 10th / Intermediate/ Graduation

- Basic understanding of smartphone usage.

- Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi).

- Polite, confident, and presentable personality.

- Willingness to work in field locations.
