Prime Responsibilities

- Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents
- Responsible for providing hands on expert level guidance to junior developers for technical issues
- Expert in Force.com development, integration, OOB features, APEX, Lightning and designing solutions
- Usage of Force.com API and related tools that extend the Salesforce CRM and AppExchange products

Required Skills/Experience

- Minimum 6 years’ experience on Salesforce.com platform.
- BE/BTech in Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Applications
- Having one or more certifications from Salesforce.com like Certified Platform Developer, Certified Platform App Builder etc.,
- Solid object oriented design skills and experience using design patterns
- Hands-on experience in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning components and Salesforce integrations
- Demonstrated track record of ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to collaborate in a team environment of cross-functional and cross-vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to learn new products and implement to meet customer requirements.
- Work experience with AppExchange managed packages is a plus
- Angular, JavaScript, JQuery and CSS based development experience is a plus
- Travel readiness to USA for short spells is a plus
