Role Summary

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to be the face of Arofur at our APC store. You'll convert walk-in footfall into sales, build lasting customer relationships, and represent the brand's premium positioning on the ground — while working closely with the store's marketing coordinator to maximize footfall conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet, engage, and guide walk-in customers through Arofur's product range with solid product knowledge (materials, design philosophy, pricing tiers)
- Convert store footfall into confirmed sales, consistently meeting monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer inquiry/lead records (CRM or manual log)
- Follow up on unconverted leads and past inquiries via calls/WhatsApp
- Coordinate with the store marketing coordinator to align on active offers, walk-in sources, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure the store floor, product displays, and branding are maintained to Arofur's premium standards
- Upsell and cross-sell across categories (e.g., dining + recliner combos, office + cafe seating for commercial clients)
- Build relationships with local architects, interior designers, and repeat customers for referral business
- Handle basic order processing, payment collection, and coordination with logistics/delivery teams




- Report daily walk-ins, conversions, and customer feedback to Store Owner/Regional Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably furniture, home decor, real estate, or premium lifestyle products
- Strong communication skills in [local language] and Hindi; working English preferred
- Confident, presentable, and customer-first attitude
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking
- Willingness to work weekends and peak footfall days (store's busiest days)
